Battlefield 3 Back To Karkand expansion pack

In February it was announced that if you pre-order Battlefield 3 you will get the "Back To Karkand" expansion pack at no extra charge. The Back to Karkand expansion pack will include four legendary maps, vehicles, and weapons from Battlefield 2. These maps include Wake Island, Strike at Karkand, Gulf of Oman, and Sharqi Peninsula. No details relating to what vehicles or weapons will be ported to Battlefield 3.

Battlefield 3 Will Have A Demo Before Its Release

Battlefield 3 will have a demo before the game is released at the end of this year. The confirmation comes from BF3's executive producer Patrick Bach in an interview with MSXbox-World. A release date for the demo was not confirmed though. In fact, we still don't have a release date for the actual game either.

Players take control of four Hollywood stars - Sarah Michelle Gellar (Buffy the Vampire Slayer), Robert Englund (Freddy Krueger in Nightmare on Elm Street), Michael Rooker (The Walking Dead) and Danny Trejo (Machete) - battling waves of zombies headed by George Romero.
