I had to do a fitness test (bleep test, 19 press-ups and 30 sit-ups) and then had to dressed in FF gear run out and make up 6 lengths of hose in 8 mins, then do a ladder leg lock at 10.5m and then crawl through some tunnels with a blacked out mask and a BA system. It was great fun and im really looking forward to RAF Halton. |
