I found yesterday an article about Nvidia Physx , this function is atm in a beta stadium for the new GT 280/260 and 9800 cards. Nvidia will release it very soon for all Geforce 8 models and higher.
Physx is from Ageia and works for example with UT3 , here is the whole list:

Thu Jun 26, 2008 1:34 pm also vassy baby the 1gb versions arent out yet the 4870x2 1gb and the 4870 1gb , these are ment to be gddr5 aswell i think, where the others are gddr3
