Looks a bit messy had trouble getting it out of the dish she made it in, the biscuit bottom broke up on me. Charlie put the chocolate shavings and source on so that's why it's not that evenly spread. I had some strawberries in the fridge so i banged them in for looks, probably should have left the green bits on for the pic's but in my haste to eat it i didn't think of it at the time.

Tastes so good it was gone before i even sat down with it, good job i got loads left.

hmm had to add the strawberries because -----

it lacked a little stiffness maybe in your own mind well its looks very tasty to me .

i would have cut the strawberries in half had it been me.

but i would have been more inclined to forget the strawberries ans add a nice big dollop of fresh cream with a drizzle of maybe toffee sauce in it.

so for me its a 7.5.
you dropped a point for it not being your home-made and you lost 1.5 pionts your poor presentation of a pie after your sister took her time to make it.

tell your sister she is a star and i would love the opportunity to taste it and give her the opportunity to get full marks for taste and presentation.

7.5.

Its not ment to be firm like a chesse cake. 7.5 is a bit harsh i think.
